We are “The Mandola Twins”, sisters, in Tomball, TX with a knack for tasteful designs and quality home goods. We started Doormat DeCoir in our guest bedroom turned crafting-suite in our “Hometown with a Heart”, Tomball, and have grown into what is now the largest fiber-flocking doormat manufacturing facility in the United States.
Our pride and joy is our talented team of artists, who are now handcrafting with us in our 4,000sq/ft. warehouse right down the street from where it all began.
Our premium doormats are, and always will be, fashioned with the highest quality materials the market has to offer. The materials we use are made in the USA, locally sourced, and tailored for our one-of-a-kind process we’ve worked so hard to perfect.

MANAGER OF THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER + ARTIST - XANDER "X"
X not only runs our busy production line but he can draw anything. Actually... there's nothing he can't do. If you have ordered a Custom Sketch Doormat from Doormat DeCoir then you've seen his incredible work.
WAREHOUSE MANAGER - JUSTIN
As a 6x Forklift Racing World Champion, Justin is exactly what Doormat DeCoir needs to keep the warehouse running efficiently. He has learned and manages every inch of the warehouse and we couldn't do it without him!
MASCOT - ALBERT
The real MVP and the face of Doormat DeCoir. Can you blame us?? He doesn't get much work done around here but we love him.
MANAGER OF THE SCREEN MANAGER - ERIK
Erik holds the World Record for Largest Beanie Collection (not to be confused with Beanie Babies). He has never been seen without one on. Erik found Doormat DeCoir in search of storage space for his collection and has since become an integral part of the production crew.
PACKAGING TEAM LEAD - BRITTANY
With 10+ years of experience as a seasonal gift wrapper at Macy's, Brittany's passion for beautiful packaging is proven in her work. Brittany is the last one to perfect and inspect your order and let me tell you, nothin gets past her!
LARGE PRODUCTION LINE MANAGER - MEMO
They say the best gifts come in small packages but "they" haven't met Memo! He handcrafts all of our large doormats and he is the best in the biz! Memo has perfected his art and I'm still amazed by the craftsmanship of the doormats he produces.
MARKETING CONSULTANT + SOCIAL MEDIA AMBASSADOR - AL
Alex is the office hype man but takes her job VERY seriously. She is often referred to as the coordinator of the "heavy hitter" designs. Her knack for this became apparent as an All-American softball player at Texas A&M university. She cannot be stopped. Alex is hilarious, hard working, and a brilliant writer. Also, I am Alex. I wrote this.
PRODUCTION LINE LEAD - ANGEL
His name says it all! Angel was not a hire but a gift. We're pretty sure he's on loan from a higher place, but for now he's doing the Lord's work in the shop. Angel has been a go-to guy in every way since day one.
